♦   Please DON'T steal my bandwidth. If you want the image, save it to your computer and upload it to your own webspace. If you hotlink the image from my site, you will get an unpleasant pic in it's place. A girl has to do what a girl has to do. You might also want to take a look at this page to see what can happen if you hotlink to the images.

♦   Please don't mess with the pics. If you like it, and you want to use it on your site, that's cool (even cooler with a link back to here!). If you want to edit the shit out of it and make it look awful, that's not cool. If you want to open it in the graphics program of your choice and REMOVE MY NAME, that is VERY UNCOOL. If I come across one of my pics that has had my name removed, it will piss me off and I will take it up with your host. I use the names Ashlyn, Katrina Price, and Magickalmoon when I sign my art.

   * Please don't get my pics and mutilate them, or chop them up for icons, tags, myspace layouts and shit, unless you ask me first

   * Under no circumstances, will I allow my images to be put onto graphics CD's, online graphics collections, or ebay auctions. If you see it for sale or up for grabs on another site, I would . Just because you purchased a CD, or won an auction with my artwork on it (and they do exist) does not mean that I gave my permission for it to be there, and someone is making money off both you and I!. If you wish to use my images, please contact me and I will give you a formal permission to use it. Why is this important?

   * If you send me an email containing one of my images as your email decoration then ask if it's ok to use it, it's gonna piss me off. I prefer that my artwork is NOT used for email sigs and whatnot. Please don't pass it through your email unless you want to place a link with it.

♦   Not a lot of people understand what Copyright is (the little © you see on most images). For a quick and easy to follow guide, check this page.

YES, my images are copyrighted, they contain the © and are always my property unless I choose to sell them, or sign them over. A lot of them also have a digital imprint which is encoded into the file. You can read it by opening the image in a text format! All my images will say either Rainy Nights, Magickalmoon, Ashlyn or Katrina Price. If you see one of my images with someone else's name on it, I would

♦   Please, please, please, don't steal whole pages from this site. If you like the layout, copy it and play with it, but don't take the whole darn page. Some idiot took a copy of this whole site, including MY guestbook entries. When I asked him why people were calling him Ashlyn and all the pages on his site linked to pages on my site, of course he had no answer. If you want to hotlink to my stylesheet, please don't. I delete the stylesheet from layouts that I no longer use, so it will break your page. I've also been known to change the old stylesheet and make it something *not so pleasant*.

♦   A little linkie is all I ask in return for the graphics (clipart or digital art). You can find little link banners on this page or a simple text link is cool too. Either way, it makes me a happy artist *big grin*. My art has been used on websites, book covers, even a range of soaps, and I'm always happy to hear of new and wonderful uses for my images (even if you are printing them out and using them for toilet paper!)

♦   Please remember that I'm doing this because I love to create stuff. I'm giving it to you for FREE. Please respect my wishes and do the right thing. If you do, then nice things will happen and everyone will be smiling *happy happy joy joy gag*
